And to think, ARTA wanted to close platform 3 at Papakura, and just have everything use the island platform. Really, the new feature station should have four platforms. Does anyone know what's planned?

I had heard there was to be a full redevelopment at Papakura. Whether there is already a plan, or how many platforms I'm unsure.

Pics from a recent trip to SEQ. I saw someone on here got told off for taking pics. So I wanted to take some if I could and share them.

Note the masts on the Varsity Lake Pic, very different and maybe cheaper to make than the one's going up in Auckland. Too bad the gold coast line is so far away from the actual beach. Had to get a bus to the beach from here. Varsity Lakes Station is 90km from Central. Took just over an hour to get there.
